Refund Policy

Our 30-Day Return and Exchange Commitment

Customers may ask to return or exchange an item for any reason during the 30 days following delivery. Please reach our support team for authorization before sending merchandise back.

For every approved return or exchange, including a change-of-mind request, the store covers return shipping and supplies a prepaid label or another arrangement that costs the customer nothing.

Condition of Returned Merchandise

When reasonably possible, send back the item as received with its parts, manuals, tags, and original packaging. Inspection is allowed; however, use or damage beyond a reasonable inspection can affect the refund where the law permits.

Personalized or custom products, clearance and Final Sale items, gift cards, and opened intimate, personal, or hygiene-sensitive products are excluded from reason-free returns. Those exclusions never remove remedies for an item that is damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete, or rights that applicable law protects.

Damage, Defects, Wrong Items, or Missing Pieces

Tell us promptly when an order arrives damaged or defective, contains the wrong product, or is missing an item or component. Once the claim is approved, the store pays the return cost and provides a prepaid label or equivalent no-cost solution.

Refund Timing, Cancellation, and Destination

Following receipt and inspection, an approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Financial institutions can require additional time to display the credit.

A cancellation can be requested until the order ships. Once shipment occurs, this Refund Policy controls the request.
